Inside every mattress there are between one million to ten million dust mites crawling around. They are also found in large numbers in carpets and upholstery. As unpleasant as that thought is, even more worrying is the damage they can do to you and your children's health.

Though they have been with us for millions of years, it is only comparatively recently that science has discovered the real damage that dust mites do to our health.
