Q: What Services Do You Provide?
A: Obviously we provide carpet cleaning but we also cleaning, Upholstery, Curtains, Rugs, Marble Restoration and another division performs Floor Sanding and refinishing. You can see what other services we perform by looking on the Sitmap link on the left navigation bar or the bottom of this page.
Q: How Much Does It Cost?
A: Every situation is different and as we offer 3 packages it is difficult to give an accurate price but here goes, The prices vary but you would be looking between £2.00 and £4.00 per square metre depending on whether you require advanced stain removal and, or, Carpet & Upholstery Fibre Protector, Flame Retardant or Anti Static Treatments.
Q: Do You Move Our Furniture?
A: We do indeed move furniture around the room and cleaning underneath it. Anything with a flat bottom would have to stay where it is because you can't put flat furniture on wet carpet as you may end up with furniture dye on the carpet. So in short we mover sofas, tv's, small items etc. You just need to move mag's, slippers etc.
Q: How Fast Does The Carpet or Upholstery Dry?
A: We use powerful extraction machinery to rinse and suck out dirt and detergent. The average carpet drying time is around 3 hours. This really does depnd on the type of fibre or wieght of th carpet fibre. Upholstery such as sofas and mattresses can dry faster as we use a lower moisture system on those. Obviously if we are dry cleaning anything such as Coir or sisal carpets and or curtains they are dry instantly.
Q: Are You Insured In The Event Of Damage Cause Through Cleaning?
A: We are insured to clean your products and if they are damaged our policy wil pay for them. This is called "Treatments Risk Insurance" If you ask a company what insurance cover they have and they say Public Liability they wont be covered to perform cleaning for you. Very Important
Q: What Are Your Hours of Business
A: We are a company that employs people. We work the hours you work so generally 9am - 5pm. WE have weekend and early evening cleaning staff so we should be able to accommodate everyone.
Q: Are You Products Safe To Use In My Home or Office?
A: Our products are fully biodegradable and say so on the containers. We have atasheets for you if you wish to see what the detergents are before you instruct us. In the event we need to use a solvent for a stubborn stain we will always check to see if anyone in the property would have a reaction to the product. We very rarely have any difficulties as our cleaning products are continually updated and state of the art.
Q: Do I HaveTo Book In Advance?
A: We have cleaning techs working everyday so the wait if any at all wont be long. You would normally get an appiontment within 2 days of calling. We sometimes can get to you the same day if it's an emergency.
Q: Are Your Technicians Trained?
A: We operate a training centre that our technicians HAVE to attend. They will have been through 7 days of carpet cleaning school and months as an apprentice before they even get to start a job on their own. We train people for other companys as well so our people are always up to speed on new developments in our industry. |
