 MOVE LARGE FURNISHINGS

We will move larger furnishings such as chairs and tables but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller items off the floor and valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive to perform service.

 PRE-SPOT DIFFICULT STAINS

We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. We will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains which are of particular concern to you or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques.

 HEAVY-DUTY PRE-SPRAY

Next we will apply a heavy-duty pre-spray specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them floating in an aqueous solution ready to be quickly and safely extracted using our state-of-the-art extraction machines.

 HOT WATER EXTRACTION MACHINE

Now for the very expensive machines we use to thoroughly clean and rinse your carpets. The high pressure hot water extraction unit we use cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then fires the cleaning solution into the carpet at extremely high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet and turns it into a water soluable solutions. The machine then produces a high vacuum to pull the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet. This is the only method of cleaning recommended by the world’s largest carpet manufacturer Shaws and Woolsafe.

 RESIDUE RINSE

We use the hot water extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your carpet and deters firbre degredation and helps to stop re-soiling.

 PROTECTIVE FOIL TABS

Furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and styrofoam blocks under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour-stain finish from the furniture leaving a very difficult to remove stain on the carpet.

 RAPID DRY SYSTEM

We use DRIEAZ Turbo Air dryers that are special carpet drying equipment to help reduce the drying time. So you can use the carpets quicker. We will also leave you with shoe covers should you need to walk on the carpet before it is completely dry. Please note that the carpets will still be a little damp but the drying time is reduced 10 fold.

 SKIRTING BOARD WIPE DOWN

This part of the service is a must in my opinion. When we perform th skirting board wipe down it is just like framing a picture. I can almost guarantee that if we were to wipe the boards down and not even clean the carpet you would think it was just cleaned. I mean, why go only part of the way when this extra service just finishes the job.

 SCOTCHGARD CARPET FIBRE PROTECTOR

This is a water based Teflon Carpet Protector. The generic name for it is Scotchgard. This will off you protection for your carpet until the next time we clean it. You can easily mop up spillages and it will prolong the life of the carpet as well as no grit will adhere to the fibres and wear it out through it's grinding action.

 FLAMEBAR RX FLAME RETARDENCY TREATMENT

We believe every home in the UK should have flamebar Rx applid to thier soft furnishings after cleaning so, We will apply Flamebar Rx to your furnishing following cleaning so that in the event of a home fire you will gain valuable time to escape the property.

 ACCIDENTAL SPILLAGE CLEANUP

You will possibly have a spillage at some piont before we next clean your carper. In the event that you do we will come to your home to remove the stain FREE of charge. We offer 2 of these FREE stain removal services over the  course of a year. If we clean your carpet again before the end of the year you can carry the stain removal spillage over to the new year.
